Who we are
Erick Stewart
I started my teaching practice with Yoga being my primary focus. I studied Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga with a few very impactful teachers. After sustaining a lower back injury, I found that the Pilates practice was the only thing that brought me relief. After my certification, my teaching has shifted to incorporate what I’ve learned from both movement modalities.
Scotty Mac
I teach creative and thoughtful movement classes in a variety of styles. I am a dedicated student and a teacher of teachers. I share the things I’m learning and what I’m passionate about. I know the body well and am known for effective cueing and intelligent sequencing. I believe strongly in a physical practice led with steady breath and mindful awareness.
